These seem like ‘fluffy’ words to some people – to me they mean everything.
It seems as the modern world takes hold with everything being fast, online, on mobile devices and access to the world becomes easier each day, that the old fashioned concept of ‘keeping your word‘ is dissappearing. It has greatly disturbed me to see people and businesses going down this path.
